The names I was called in an Irish cath HS was too long to remember them all. Most memorable, I was a dumb honky and when I told a girl in college I was a honky, she thought I said hunk. Embarrasing for sure but not as bad as when I said hennit to my NYC roomate.

I wonder if they're like I was. When job wasn't what I wanted, I would take my time to see what choices I had and hopefully make a better decision. So able to take job less seriously so less stress but timing always a risk. And I was in growing industry vs these poor people who are in dying one.

and yet that was part of my motivation in choosing a career that would move me from a poor farmers poverty and not put my body on the line to make a dime. It took an interaction with a young black man that my way forward was not the same experience he had.

Agree! so insurance cos ripping off ACA seems like the time for a Medicare as the solution since it has low admin costs.

Seems like ages ago but I loved that interchange so much next time in NYC had the biryani at the same restaurant and a pic of my dinner recently reminded me. It started a new Indian restaurant quest for biryani variations. Of course continue to follow you both and now I'm hungry for a biryani.

With ACA critics saying $ goes to insurance cos, the clear solution for ACA then is Medicare for all who qualify. Won't ever hear that though

When Rs condemn ACA as an insurance scam, my first response is fine so why not provide coverage with the nonprofit Medicare coverage. It could provide the most reasonable premiums possible for coverage.
