On a rainy and cold November day in #NewWest, imagine if you had to spend the entire day on the streets. This shelter will help a lot of people stay dry and warm during days like today. Write in with your support!
Hey #NewWest! A temporary use permit for a 24/7 emergency shelter at the old Army & Navy is going to council on Monday. If you'd like people to have a place to stay that would "reduce the potential for death, illness and injury for the unhoused" then write to [email protected] with your support!

Hey #newwest please write council and let them know you support this. A shelter like this will help keep people safe and give them a better chance to connect to the resources and supports they need.

#NewWest! Keep October 6 free, it looks like our unhoused neighbours could use some support!
People complain about the unhoused in #newwest then turnaround and complain when we build houses for them. @yesinnewwest.bsky.social should we crash the latest stunt being organized by our local municipal numpty?
