That may technically be true but that just makes the games licenced. The original releases I don't think you can retcon.

Like, Napster's corporate end times doesn't mean that Napster as launched was suddenly legal.

I have super off road and can confirm that’s unlicensed, containing only the text that mega drive and genesis are trademarks of Sega. Test drive 2 is the same so every chance summer challenge is.

If you look at mine, the first year or two is thirty second intros, then 15, then 10, the eventually the thing I do now which is a short joke “coming up” and then a 2.5 second sting :D
