Yes, this is my overwhelming impression listening to it. He repeatedly demanded full ownership of Greenland, and made an explicit threat to punish the Europeans if they don't give in. He then threatened to punish Canada over its prime minister's speech!
If you're only reading headlines and see "Trump Says He Won't Use Force" it will give you a misimpression of both how bellicose this speech is and how dug in he is on Greenland.

Arriving home after over 17 hrs of flying and airports, realizing there's no milk for coffee, but being too tired to do anything about it, telling myself I'll figure it out in the morning.

The 24hrs before traveling are probably the worst time for ADHD.
Time's not moving fast enough coz you hate the waiting, but it's moving way too fast cuz you're nowhere near ready, yet you still wait till the absolute last minute to get ready, even though anxiety is killing you.
