not to say that governing without state law is impossible, or that applying such principles broadly is impossible, but individuals are often unable to envision solutions which take a collective - or even a whole population - to build

"nobody's better at inventing the state than anarchists" is something I occasionally say when I observe them becoming mired in trying to solve problems they individually aren't qualified or capable of solving, or when they attempt to apply anarchist principles at province/state or country levels

how does the board appoint or remove members, choose the ceo, replace high ranking staff, etc? is this all contained in the delaware corporation docs filed to set the corporation up, locked in a filing cabinet somewhere? or is there a URL. there ought to be a URL. transparency right

public benefit corporation. not sure if any procedure to replace members or ceo. there's probably a vote process to remove someone if their actions are determined harmful to public / public interest. none of this is outlined anywhere.
