It's really hard to get diagnosed as an adult, most places still only recognise "fidgety, rude, noisy white boy manchild that is constantly hopping" as the only definition of adhd. I realised i'm autistic+adhd 2~3 years ago and dont have any meds. I feel u

Depends on how informed/conservative the clinic is, and what ethnicity you appear as to them. Many adult (esp BIPOCs) seeking diagnosis strategize and mask their autism to make sure it looks as much as possible as 'nonverbal fidgety rude white boy manchild' as possible

Kyoto is overcrowded! not enough infrastructure! Public buses to kiyomizu/golden temple/gion are often too full to board. Kawagoe, kamakura, sawara are near tokyo - all good kyoto alternatives. Mt Fuji is shy, so staying in tokyo, and going just as the forecast is in ur favour is the best strategy

I don't watch in the cinema anymore. I watch only at home so i can pause and come back later. Also this is only for movies. With dramas my brain is ok to binge entire series in one go. I'm hyper+inattentive mixed + autistic
