This was the way I went too. But rather than the PCP doing the test, they sent me to AHN for a Neuropsych Eval. But my PCP handles med management.

I’d prefer one that wasn’t grifting people with a $27/month supplement subscription that isn’t even necessary but could also be replicated for ~$4.50/month from Target.
