Huh. Foxes clearly have excellent planning skills. Genuinely glad it's helpful, though.

(I looked up "AI psychosis" only to have DDG's AI assistant attempt to summarize it for me. Not sure how I feel about that.)

I think there's something special about size difference giving someone who is normally short (or tall) the chance to experience the opposite, whether for a moment or all the time (latter for Zoe and Tom).

It's definitely a work in progress, best of luck!

I am hopeful that we're going to see meaningful improvements trickle out to others with the Steam Machine (x86 Linux) becoming an officially supported VR host platform.

…I occasionally have to reboot the Android 4.2 head unit in my Honda car, too, as Bluetooth just stops - press and hold the power button for around 10 seconds, tap Yes.

This is despite it having a built-in auto reboot schedule for 2 am >.<

I don't have a guide, but I also want to learn this.

On the upside, unlike Vive Trackers, the battery is the very first thing underneath the sticker on the back. You can see it here:

I haven't looked at how it connects though, gonna guess it's soldered.

Have you tried turning the car off and on again?

(While driving, of course.)

I don't have much experience with email hosting, but it seems like Migadu has been pretty good so far given low cost for low usage.

Vanity emails do sound fun.

Also reminds me of the classic "oops I built a shrink ray and now I can't reach the un-shrink button."

It's real easy to miss critical precautions when you enter a problem domain you're not familiar with (security, bondage, shrinking).

Ooh, congrats! Somewhat similar, the recently finished art with purple got started right before BLFC.

I suspect @cellivar.dev would be happy to hear that your line experience was quick. Hopefully your convention goes well, too!

Who needs Satisfactory when you can optimize processes for actual creatures ^.^
January 16, 2026 at 1:24 AM
Hey, yeah, you did it!

(Also I think this is the first time I've seen your hand paws x3 )

The Widgets taskbar entry bothers me to no end for a similar reason.
January 15, 2026 at 9:04 PM
Yep.

I have my bias (…plantigrade), but that's only a slight bias. What matters more than the style of paw is what you do with it! Is a friend willing to apply paw to this fox? Then it's good.

Hey if you have a hooved alt for Aiden does that give you hooviated rendering?

Congrats, and best of wishes with settling in and getting ready for the days ahead =^.^=

I think this makes a lot of sense! Give yourself a place to freely explore where you're not feeling as tied down by existing expectations for and history of racc.

And you're encoding a reminder to others of your own say with the pawprint marking.

You can always change your mind later, after all.

So that happens to others? x3

It feels like those "are you sure?" prompts, but probably accidental

Likewise here.

Work/life schedule and lack of social energy meant I needed to find folks outside our larger VR group's typical time. I also have appreciated more personal chats and finding new faces - some folks are quieter, meaning different topics come up when they now have to lead conversation.
