The 3rd & last video is an orchestration of Mozart's Fantasy in C Minor, K. 475. This piece is 1 of my favorite Mozart pieces. So much emotional depth & expression, I was so glad to give the world premiere of this arrangement by my uncle Yoon Kuk Lee.

Here's Mozart's Violin Concerto No. 4 in D Major, K. 218 with the incredible talented violinist Ziyu He. What a delight it was to collaborate with him. I absolutely loved his feel for this concerto! The spirit of Mozart really came alive during this!

🧵 (1/3) I missed my Collard & Collard [forte]piano. Ever since I was in high school, I had a fascination for historical pianos.
In 2017, I had the opportunity to purchase this beautiful Drawing Room Grand from a private seller.

I started playing violin at age 5. It was how I first started learning music and a year later, I also started piano which eventually became my main instrument.

Happy 50th birthday to Andrew Yang!

When I clicked on a Facebook ad leading to your presidential campaign back in 2018, I thought it was a joke.

🧵 (1/3) 20 years ago today, I put together an ad-hoc concert at the Good Shepherd-Faith Presbyterian Church featuring music for string orchestra. I had just gotten accepted into the Mannes School of Music for my masters in conducting and I wanted more opportunities to conduct.

"American orchestras are not doing enough to nurture young conductors. Many ensembles employ assistant conductors, typically in their 20s and 30s, but rarely give them the opportunity to ascend to top jobs."
Why Don’t More American Maestros Lead American Orchestras?
Leonard Bernstein blazed a trail for conductors from the United States nearly 70 years ago. But at top American orchestras these days, they’re scarce.

Still on a euphoric high from a fantastic video production session with the musicians of Ensemble 212
@ensemble212 and the competition winners. I was so excited that I was up at 4 AM ready to go. It was a long day but making great music together made it a gratifying experience.
