I've not gone further than the "choose which method". Does it require logging in? How does it want the proof? Do we have to open the camera or does it accept an upload? Still having a major wobbly about it all & don't feel safe giving them my ID.

It's just "one of those things" where, they tell me, I think action is being taken. I forget, they never raise it again & 🤷 it's been decades. For me, if it doesn't physically hurt, or I can 'live with' the pain, it doesn't exist anymore cause I have no time for it.
