Today is a very good day. weighed 176! Thanks to the hybrid workout yesterday and the chiaseed blackberry smoothie I had before sleep. I walked 2 hr + rowed 30 min. Also I made shepherds spie (with lentils potatoes) again
+ my right foot is 90% healed with only small red bruise left

My parents sent me a goat milk coffee soap and all I wanna do is shower with it but then I'll have no soap for later. They also sent me a turmeric soap. I'm guessing I can use the giant turmeric soap to Bathe and sit reading. I'm wanna only shower on Sundays this winter so I need to do it today
