En l'occurrence y a plus de chance que ca puise dans le calendrier germanique (les angles et les sacons étant germaniques). C'était aussi l'inspiration du calendrier revolutionnaire

There is the excellent (and free) eldamo. It does not provide source but it does provide extensive dictionnaries and grammar articles if your are curious

Well the english mod is based on the sindarin's (general mod). Quenyan (or classical mod) isn't quite fit for english, but work for latin and japanese (with due adaptations!)
