PS2 emulation may receive rollback in the future so FMA DC may not be too farfetched but admittedly I'd love for a second game like that. Or the 2v2 Arena Fighter to actually be good.

I don't really have much to add to this, beyond this feeling like a sentiment I also share.

I just looked into some of it, and kinda noted out when I saw Hilda as an antagonist.

Oh nah, this is our current version. However, we're working on getting some potentially new stuff in a future version.

Unfortunately Americans don't know anything past Storm, Xenoverse and the like so they always assume all Arena Fighters are garbage.

You've got the right idea.

But instead we're tying ourselves into SF lore, which I don't really mind or care for. Just that we're bringing in Celebrities before actual FF/AOF characters it's not cool man.

A lot of my interest has been waning truthfully. The actual game itself can be solid, but so much outside of that hasn't really been pulling me in. We honestly shouldn't have even lost MOTW original characters, but instead been building from that while reintroducing old vets and adding new ones.
