couple things to note about the game industry and corporations in general: 1. It can really always be better. 2. Even if the main company itself is not guilty of treating it's workers terribly, doesn't mean the companies don't end up outsourcing to foreign companies that are guilty of intense crunch. Insomniac, who are known for their "good" workplace, does this with Lemon Sky Studios in Malaysia.
