Yeah, 2020 feels about right. Once “Let Russ Cook” stalled, expectations flipped from trust to impatience. Since then it seems like any dip in QB play gets magnified short leash, loud backlash, and very little grace, especially during rough stretches.
I wonder when was the turning point for Seahawks fans against their own starting quarterback. I'm thinking 2020.
Because the end of the Let Russ Cook era through Sam right now has been nasty when the QB isn't playing well in stretches or for multiple games.
