It’s back! 🥶 Another extreme cold ⚠️ warning. Yesterday we made sauerkraut, kombucha and tepache which are fermenting under the dining room table at 81 degrees. 😃 But this cold weather needs to go back up north! Louisiana girl does not like snow & ice. #southernsnow #tennesseeweather #fermenting
