This is a neat loop -- I've been listening to this one in the background for like 10 minutes, and it works -- but when I listened via a playlist on your YouTube once, it was messing with me how the song kept changing every minute or so.

Do you keep a dream journal? Perhaps you can "move on" by cataloging and even developing some of the ideas.

I know that can seem like the opposite of moving on, but I'm thinking about how you could develop those ideas into related but different ideas; then perhaps they won't "hang" in your brain.
