I am so lucky that my job lets me work from home on Fridays. My job involves dealing with emergencies every so often and they have an awkward way of showing up at 4pm on a Friday.

(Legitimate emergencies which could involve serious harm to people, not something which could wait)

So something like "that derived benefit from/enjoyed her" would be a tighter translation? That would be a more interesting translation for sure (and that might be why they dragged Ashkelon into it, though I don't totally follow the cultural reference they're going for here)
