I just learn that i lost my great grandma today. She was 95 years old, and she was in a lot of pain physically. She passed out while she was sleeping.

1st appointment went very well. She's super nice, listening to everything without judging at all. I didn't got the green light to start HRT yet cause we didn't have time to talk about everything. She want to follow me on this journey and see me once per month. Finally a step forward 😄

First appointment with a psychiatrist to maybe and finally start my HRT treatment. Not gonna lie, I’m stressed as fuck 😖
