I have mixed feelings about this. While the process of building slide decks can be tedious and time-consuming, I've found that it (a) forces me to organize my thoughts into a more coherent narrative and (b) helps me internalize the material, enabling me to be more confident when presenting.

5) Add a tablespoon of soy sauce, and a pinch of a sweetener (optional). Taste and then add more soy sauce to your liking.

6) Add mixed chopped vegetables (carrot, broccoli, cabbage).

7) Add a tablespoon of chopped celery leaves.

8) Simmer for another 1 minute.

Makes one large bowl.

1) Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

2) Add a tablespoon of powdered cinnamon, a cinnamon stick, a few black peppers, and 2 dried star anise.

3) Simmer for 10 minutes.

4) Add a 1/2 cup of onion slices, and a teaspoon of fried garlic.
