what I've been struggling with is how slowly it goes. your average "mid album" is still worth experiencing fully at least once, IMO. couple that with adult life getting in the way of how often one can afford a no-thoughts hour and it should come as no surprise that I only get through like 1 a month.

these images pretty accurately represent what's been going on in my ears this year. only in the past five years or so have I prioritized full album listening. after a few full listens, I'll snip out my favourite song runs (or, in the case of Requiem, keep the bookends and abridge the album).

are there "regular" cues in addition to "hot" cues? so that I can still prep my track by its structured phrases and mark any "gotchas" (like any added intermediary phrases between 32/64 bar phrases or drop fakeouts) but still have space to set cues live if I wanna, like, chop vocals?
