I WILL SAY there's nothing wrong with being critical ofc or even having that perspective that nothing is perfect.
But I'm seeing too many people act like their methodology when it comes to analysis of media is the objectively correct one.
The beauty of art is that it is always entirely subjective.

Then once you get that down you can go into the more complex stuff at your own pace.
(i.e Muscle Anatomy, Limb Movement, etc)

With anatomy I would recommend using pictures of real people/bodies and tracing over them to learn the shapes that make up the person so you can learn the breakdown.
Once you get enough repetition with that then you can try building the shapes yourself without tracing over
