They aren't being barred because of the tariffs. They are being barred because dealerships falsified sales records to cash in on the rebate program. One dealership alone claimed to have sold of more than 1,000 vehicles in the month before the rebate deadline.

This is outrageous. Judge Boasberg’s order went against government agencies which were in the US, and which were in direct contact with the plane. He must hold them in contempt of court.
