Yeah makes sense. AMD would have made your Linux life easier, but in all fairness Nvidia driver support on Linux has made strides recently

Do you have AMD or Nvidia? I need to switch to X11 otherwise my keyboard does not work in Unreal

Switched to Linux about 6 months ago and haven't looked back. Went in head first with Arch linux (CachyOS) and its been very stable for me. Only real has been getting Unreal Engine to be stable with Wayland (Linux jargon), but that's on Epic to fix really.

I've noticed a bigger acceptance for not drinking in Europe and specifically the UK. Alcohol free options for beer and cider are way more widespread in bars as well

I use Pixel call screening for the same purpose. It's so good! I am watching the live transcription and then they hang up before the google assistant is done talking. It's the only thing keeping me from changing out my pixel
