I know people want to dunk on the double negative here, but this is literally correct. It's very easy to say considering history will likely be forgiving to the Trump Regime because it already very clearly has been.

Don't attack people personally, attack the idea, if you have the facts. Realize that people are expressing their reality, but you have no obligation to legitimize it in any way if it doesn't resemble yours.

We live in an era of weaponized tribalism, sanctified bad faith, and unilateral recognition of hypocrisy and and it's been extraordinarily successful.

In the ultimate war for our hearts and minds, the last front will be between our own ears.
In our favor we use an ancient weapon that should be a social hydrogen bomb if we valued truth as much as we'd like to: facts.

That's always been the thing about the Class War, the people who tend to do the most destructive things to society at large are the ones that are the most shielded from the consequences.

I almost posted something before the 2024 election similar to what Lindsey Graham did in 2016: "If we elect Trump, we will be destroyed and we'll deserve it". I said this to someone and they said, "Maybe it needs to be destroyed".

Fantasy has become, in too many of us, truer than objective reality. Like tectonic plates about to cause an earthquake or fingers anticipating a snap, the energy is built up to a point where a "crack" is unavoidable and imminent.
What does that mean? Nothing good or positive.

I define "stress" in the dictionary as "the friction generated when the world as it is rubs up against the world as you think it is" and we're approaching something more serious.
Friction is no longer being generated, those forces are locked together in a stalemate.

But what are the Q people talking about? Fraud in Minnesota that was already investigated, reported on and adjudicated. While completely ignoring the fraud their own president is not only pardoning, but perpetrating.

There actually was a ring of "elites" uncovered doing horrific things that were being aided and abetted by powerful people that may not have engaged in the inexcusable activity, but accepted this Status Quo.

To give merely one example of oh so many: remember Q-anon? I define "Conspiracy Theories" in the Happy Nihilist's Dictionary as: "does a great job distracting people from conspiracy facts" and I can't imagine history giving me better example than I got this year.
