Going for keen-eyed contributions but mostly missing the mark. Here to help my own understanding of us and the world, while sharing a tune or two. If interested in nature please give me a hand here: https://www.inaturalist.org/people/martin_ingemansson
Definitely interesting! And the launch of the Mercedes will be a litmus test. Seems they're very open to the market though. Probably not much needed in Capex to expand. Mostly letting their machinery run and rack in the fees.

Will we see 430 today?
January 6, 2026 at 3:58 PM
There will be a lot of selling going forward. With Q4 coming up and incentives being rolled back in Norway and China. We could see quite abysmal sales figures during coming months.
Robotaxi rollout will be very slow and FSD competition around the corner. Optimus story is being rewritten by Hyundai.
January 6, 2026 at 3:57 PM
What are you rambling about ?
January 6, 2026 at 3:49 PM
The China December sales increase has probably little to do with real demand. Tesla pushing hard the new, lower EV incentives came into play on Jan 1st 2026.

A Tesla is now $1500-2000 more expensive for the consumer.
Might turn consumers towards cheaper cuts.

Elon will probably take to x tonight and ramble about how Tesla will is about to overtake Nvidia in chip design and selling AI compute systems.
January 6, 2026 at 3:31 PM
Well, if it falls below 430 today...I say we'll have it on X by the end of the day!
January 6, 2026 at 3:23 PM
Well it depends on which market we’re talking about. But remember there’s many different self driving configurations out there. And it will be commoditized. And then look at which companies controls the vehicle markets globally.
January 6, 2026 at 2:30 PM
And what about BYD or Xiaomi?
January 6, 2026 at 2:01 PM
He basically admits that FSD still has quite some tail end difficulties. He also seems ignorant to the possibility that there might not be a first mover advantage in the whole story of self driving.
January 6, 2026 at 7:39 AM
My thinking during this whole presentation is that Elon must be furious. His claim to total dominion over physical AI story was completely shot pieces. Expect fantastic counterclaims during the week.
January 6, 2026 at 6:52 AM
700 is never going to happen for TSLA.
Might climb towards 500 again....but its nearing its end. Still toxic, even more so since Musk realigns himself with Trump (Think the two worst approval ratings in the last 80 years). Optimus=vape for now, Robotaxi=race to the bottom.
January 6, 2026 at 6:45 AM
Not looking great for the Tesla narrative of dominating the field of physical AI. I mean it's never been a plausible case, but Elon and his choir obviously sold the stock that way.

Very interesting to see how the stock develops over the coming months. 25Q4 and Jan+Feb sales should be a treat.

Of those who did, did.

Isn't his America is everyone's America? The lion share voted for him.

One should expect nothing less from Mr "Grab em by the ......"
January 3, 2026 at 1:43 PM
Overall he seems rather popular outside of the US and Europe. Guess many just see the dynamic aspects of the man and look in admiration at his wealth.
January 3, 2026 at 1:39 PM
Same in Italy normally. It's the old fascism clique putting their money where their mouth is.
January 3, 2026 at 6:01 AM
Well it ain't pretty and will not fuck itself. Lipstick it is.
January 3, 2026 at 5:57 AM
The market of ideas and its idiotic participants.
January 3, 2026 at 5:52 AM
Point at that dutch Tesla buying company that just went bankrupt. These tulip bulb fanatics need clear examples
January 3, 2026 at 5:46 AM
And the Norway miracle will disappear now. The price bracket that Teslas model sell in will no longer be subsidised.
