Wait until they read the books. Because they're much more dark and depressing than the musical. That's kind of a crazy cognizant dissonance.

I do think it's a good way to grow. Caveat though, I think it's something that should be mutual and not forced. It's really easy I feel to point out when people are collabing just to hype each other up but they have no chemistry.
I also feel like collabing is a good way to see how others stream.
