Improved?? Perhaps in the rural areas, and on CAR routes, but the sidewalks in Centretown are a mess in the winter months, and have gotten worse.

It would be interesting to know how many business owners simply park all day and feed the meter, thus making fewer spots available for clients throughout the day.
