I'm making biscuits and gravy tomorrow. I made the gravy tonight.
I read that using bacon grease as the fat in the roux is 👨🍳💋. So I cooked down some Polish Boczek (with a shallot and 2 garlic cloves) then cooked out the flour & a tablespoon of cocoa powder before adding back the boczek and sausage.

Started putting things onto the @libib.com. started with the easy, barcoded, books in the small bookcases in the front room.
Next, it'll be the older non-barcoded books, then the stuff still in storage awaiting shelving.
