Wednesday 12th August 1981, but is this Brough Castle, Askrigg or Wetherby? The only places we stopped long enough that day on our way back from Scotland... Does the bridge give any real clues?

Does anybody know what this badge is? Amongst my late dad's effects which also include my late Grandpa's. My dad had been in Royal Fusiliers and Army Education Corps, and something to do with dogs, but also Christian organisations. My Grandpa was in the Met, Special Branch, and the Freemasons.
