Another of the bull trout from my recent trip to B.C... We spent day 1 with a guide. I don't often fish with guides but I learn so much when I do. It's expensive, but if you can do it occasionally, especially when you're fishing an area or species that's new to you, it's a huge help.

Just got back from B.C.. The main goal was to catch bull trout for pictures for Fly Fishing Simulator HD. This Elk River 27 incher ate a streamer I tied in a hotel on the way. It bolted 150 yards downriver but I was able to stop it before the rapids. A fish I'll never forget... #flyfishing

Another site on Michel Creek, British Columbia. The hopper bite was hot for cutthroat trout to 19 inches, but the wind really built up to make for some really tough casting. #flyfishing #rivers
