When do u know it's too big to build without some time of inner support. Im printing a pew pew about 2 ft, and i wonder if ill need some dowels or pvc running inside of not

When building a large prop. And you want to be able to break it down, what material do you use for support ( pvc, dowels, both?? )

I need something strong that doesn't snap

How do u go about sizing the holes on ur program. I've done it once and it was so hard and annoying, maybe yall have a tip?
