Follow the steps below to send your comments and your position on this bill directly to members in your legislative district. To learn about other ways to participate in the process, click here. (1)(a) By January 31, ((2020)) 2026, each school district must 36 adopt or amend if necessary policies and procedures that, at a 37 minimum((, incorporate all the elements of the model transgender 38 student policy and procedure described in subsection (3) of this 39 section)): Incorporate the office of the superintendent of public p. 2 HB 12961 instruction's rules and guidelines developed under RCW 28A.642.020 to 2 eliminate discrimination in public schools on the basis of gender 3 expression and gender identity; address the unique challenges and 4 needs faced by transgender students and gender-expansive students in 5 public schools; and describe the application of the model policy and 6 procedure prohibiting harassment, intimidation, and bullying required 7 under RCW 28A.600.477 to transgender students and gender-expansive students. (b) The office of the superintendent of public instruction shall 23 make the statement of student rights available on its website and is 24 encouraged to include the statement in materials provided under RCW .2528A.230.15026 (2) The statement of student rights is as follows:27 (a)(i) Public school students are subject to the Declaration of 28 Independence and the United States Constitution, and its privileges and protections, including:29 The free exercise of religion;30(A) The freedom of speech;31(B) The right to peaceably assemble;32(C)33 (D) The right to petition the government for a redress of grievances;3435 (E) The freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures; The right to a due process of law;36(F)37 (G) The right to equal protection of the laws; and38 (H) The right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

A model sheet displaying a redesigned Maria Robotnik from Sonic Adventure 2 - She has sharper features, a more prominent nose like Eggman's, freckles, long blonde egg noodle-esque hair, blue eyes, and an overall sickly appearance. She's very thin and this is accentuated by her exposed arms prominently showing bone underneath her skin and veins along the tops of her hands. She's wearing a medical gown, a blue knitted poncho, white socks, and a blue hairband that isn't doing much to keep the hair out of the way. There are 5 images of her, four without the hairband because I only added it at the last second lol. The top left image is a portrait of her with the hairband and a neutral expression, middle top is a portrait with a surprised expression, right side shows her entire upper half and focuses on her arm - bottom middle is full body art showing her front and back. There's a note off to the left side about her prominent "robotnik teeth". Overall, her cozy Alice in Wonderland-esque attire is contrasted against her otherwise terminally sickly appearance - she's visibly not long for this world and perhaps the Space Colony ARK crew have futilely attempted to make her more comfortable. The same image as before, but with darker and moodier colors - her skin appears a bit more healthy and her hair is more of a cheesy orange-yellow, while her poncho is almost black and her gown appears grey. The same image as before, but with much more vibrant colors - it looks a bit faded, perhaps this was a somewhat idealized version that Shadow saw in his memories.
