Been doing more exercise for a couple hours some days of the week for the past few weeks. (long bike rides)

I fucking pissed so little and so clearly that my body is so efficient at capturing water and producing so little piss. Felt like 5ml or less of piss that was perfectly clear. I didn't even piss today until 1pm.
