Lol yeah I always love her notes at the end. Volume 2 also had a really good one that's basically just like: Women 🫠🫠🫠

My eyes are often drawn to the little details when it comes to women.

The way their hair undulates after they undo their braids or ponytails, the indentation left by a hair tie. The hole of an ear piercing, the fine down on their faces, the stray strands along their hairlines, the shape of their fingertips and their chewed nails.

Their raucous laughter and the challenge in their eyes. Their strength and stubbornness are both beautiful, and even as the years go by, I hope they will still be cherished by everyone.

Another reason I wanted to break out Bloom into you across multiple entries is for her: Touko Nanami, grayro queen

It's harder to tell since she uh... falls in love with Yuu in chapter 1, but it's still there! The impetus of their connection is their shared inability to fall in love.

Yuu is an absolutely excellent depiction of demiromanticism, and her struggles with her relationship to those emotions is always a super compelling read! Read Bloom Into You
