I've never had much luck with plants and often killed them, so seeing how much these babies have grown fills me with pride (they even had kids!)

ブロッコリーの茎は、まず一本ずつ切り、色が変わる部分を切り落とすと、芯の部分も美味しく食べられます。外側は硬くて木質なので、それを切り落としたら小さく切れば調理に使用できます。お役に立てれば幸いです！

Colourists will process the hair to lift the protective cuticle layer of the hair shaft and reveal the underlying pigments. Depending on how dark it is, they may continue to lift the pigments through the shades to give a workable base

Yes Q u Q I remember being taught that East Asian hair is some of the strongest and most dense around, so it takes all sorts of punishment. So that's something!
These bad boys are a must for any layered hair cut on our hair type. Only thing that can take the weight out ✂️

Shampoo and conditioner wise, I use a brand called JOICO which does an amazing volume range since it was formulated for Asian hair. It's a bit on the steep side, but I think they do tester sizes?
