Honestly, I’m not sure I fully understand the legal reasoning, but I think the way the argument is laid out will help those who do understand the subtleties of Con law and the Founders’ writings can weigh in. Very interesting argument.

In the late 90’s, much of the 2000’s I was acquainted with someone who went to high school with him in Pennsylvania. The words “self righteous prick” seemed to come up often regarding him.

Also, 💯, Brooke. I think I’ve seen his hateful mug on TV for a few decades now, though it wasn’t until college that I realized how extreme he was. And my feelings of contempt have only gotten worse over the many years since.
