Oh, yes. I would add inspiring conversations with random people, social supporters (I could not have written my book without husband having taken on more than a fair share of childcare), and engaged editors (even if our first reaction is annoyance, they do tend to have a point).

And to make it, we need something unexpected. Michael Mink aptly calls it stirring the emotional cauldron. #Creativity is a mix of curiosity, excitement of new ideas, growing from frustration, empathy for those we create for and for our teams (to build trust and inspire).

We don't capitalize on promising ideas from many reasons, from self-doubts to convincing ourselves that they are too risky (and just not reasonable to take a chance on).
