I worked for the Trump campaign in the 2016 primary and the DeSantis SuperPAC in the 2024 primary... So this should be fun!
Ah yes, the completely rational response to someone pointing out that you've stooped to childish insults for absolutely no reason: Block them.

BlueSky is sometimes filled with endless entertainment.
January 5, 2026 at 11:38 PM
Again, straight to the insults. Not even an attempt to talk about why the Left is angry while Venezuelans are celebrating, just right to demeaning me as a person because of politics.

Also, I'm not a Trump supporter and didn't vote for him in 2024. So how's that doing for "my mentality?"
January 5, 2026 at 10:19 PM
I find it funny how all I'm doing is showing videos of Venezuelans celebrating Maduro's removal, and this is the response I get.

No discussions or attempts to explain why someone might feel differently, just some troll posting pictures about I guy I didn't vote for in 2024.
January 5, 2026 at 8:41 PM
Venezuelans around the world are throwing a party over Maduro's removal from power.
January 5, 2026 at 3:56 PM
While you on the Left are having a meltdown in your BlueSky bubbles, Venezuelans around the world are celebrating.

This is what freedom looks like.

Don't mind me, I'm just here for the BlueSky meltdown...

"My side" made Jay Jones wish for the death of his political opponents?

"My side" forced Jay Jones to say he wanted to make a Republican mom watch her kids die in her arms?

Do you seriously hear yourself?

Trump being a bad person doesn't excuse what Jones said. Both actions can be repugnant.
Nah, the left is tired of being asked to do something that no republican is ever asked to do. We are no longer playing that suckers game. We have a criminal rapist dementia patient as president. Yall have zero moral high ground or right to outrage for the foreseeable future. Your side did this.
Not a single Democrat came forward to denounce Jay Jones for saying he wanted to murder Republicans and watch their kids die.

The Left put one election over doing what was right.

The can of worms that this is being opened here is not a good thing.

If you deny the fraud in Minnesota exists solely because it's Republicans who happen to be highlighting that it happened, you are part of the problem.
December 29, 2025 at 5:41 PM
Nothing is ever "free."

What this really means is that taxes on everyone are going up so that we have to pay for the kids of parents making six figures...
“Two identical bills — SB 4 by Sen. Danica Roem, D-PWC, and its forthcoming House accompaniment (@ebpforva.bsky.social) — would provide free breakfast to all K-12 students in Virginia public schools, regardless of family income. … #Virginia families would save over $500 per child annually…”
#valeg
Governor-elect Spanberger and the General Assembly should seize this moment and pass S.B.4 and/or its House companion bill. When Virginia’s children look back on 2026, they should remember it as the year their state decided that no student would go hungry on the way to building their future.

"Both are wrong, but..." is just another way of trying to justify horrible things said to people you don't politically align with.

I can unequivocally say that what both Trump and Jones said were wrong and disgusting. Why can't you?
Both are wrong, but there's no comparison. Trump is the President of the United States of America. He leads a huge party of millions of people. He should be the example.
75% of all political violence comes from the right. Trump just called for the death of a Democrat this morning.
November 23, 2025 at 5:53 PM
1) Trump doing this is incredibly stupid. He's a terrible leader.

2) The people upset at this were totally silent for the past month when a Democrat nominee got caught wishing death on his political opponents and their kids.

Both are disgusting, and Both can be true at the same time.

John Barrasso sounds like a NO on extending ACA funds: “We cannot continue just continuing to subsidize a failing plan, which is causing more & more costs and hardship around the country. What the Democrats have offered was $350 billion more dollars to prop up Obamacare, which has failed”

School choice for me and my billionaire friends, but those poors who want a better education for their kids "can fuck all the way off."

What a winning message that will be next November for Democrats!
November 11, 2025 at 9:15 PM
This was the deal 39 days ago. None of this had to happen.

Democrats stopped military paychecks and SNAP benefits, threatened a holiday travel shutdown, and put livelihoods at risk.

All for political "leverage."
Tentative Senate deal to end shutdown, multiple sources tell me & @frankthorp.bsky.social:

—CR through Jan 30
—Approps minibus
—Fully funds SNAP
—Reverses Trump’s shutdown RIFs
—Promise of Senate vote on ACA subsidies by Dec second week (details/outcome uncertain)
—Led by King/Shaheen/Hassan

So saying you wish to murder your political opponents and make a mother watch her children die because they are Republicans is fine because he said it in "private" texts?

Got it.

And for the record: No, I don't wish death on people I disagree with in public or in private. I don't find that funny.
You cannot be this obtuse. You are doing a bit.

Jones said that for private, personal consumption. Trump makes it his public brand.

If we leaked your DMs I'm, oh, 700% sure you've said something hyperbolic and cruel at some point. Maybe even to be funny!
November 6, 2025 at 7:57 PM
It was wrong when Trump said similar things, and it was wrong when Jay Jones said it now.

I can admit that. Why can't you?
You worked for the tump campaign. You have no room to talk. You're just mad people can see through the crocodile tears.
November 6, 2025 at 4:06 PM
It genuinely upsets me that so many people put partisanship over doing what was right.

I get voting for your side, but no hatred of Trump can be worth signaling that what Jay Jones said is in any way acceptable.
Lots to unpack from last night. Here's one result that will worry Republicans. Very flawed candidate whose text messages were deemed disqualifying by 41% of voters. And concerning by another 27%. Yet he won handily with ~53%. Clear rebuke to the candidate with (R) next to his name.
