That’s the model we use and TBH it has worked pretty well - good food, good service, and more time for training.

It’s a vicious cycle. But still impressive the garrison chow halls are mostly run by joes.

Yeah it’s not too bad - more focused on the quality of the rooms vs the amenities.

I’d say the majority are still “2x2s,” where two folks share a room and fridge and also share a head & shower with two folks in an adjacent room.
