If a Trump policy comes before the SCOTUS they WILL enshrine it in the Constitution. It's what he wants. We cannot trust the judiciary. As long as we keep the fight out of the courts there's an easy off-ramp in the future. If we take them to court it will go to the SCOTUS and we will lose every time

The next stop is the SCOTUS. He has them in his pocket. They have shown that they're willing to interpret the Constitution in a way favorable to Trump's policies. And their say is FINAL. There is no other recourse outside of amending the Constitution.

Take birthright citizenship. It's in the Constitution. He knows it is. He's trying to strike it down by executive order anyway. It's a gambit. Sacrifice a knight to take a queen. The courts will strike it down. So will the appellate court.
