Someone needs to tell ABC that the ban goes into effect on the 19th, a Sunday and the Biden administration ends at noon on Monday.
Also the law is law, there's nothing to implement.

I'm as excited as the next guy about o3, but I feel like it needs to be said that it costs ~20 'a task'/a minute on ARC Prize and more importantly ~$2,000 to get 75% and ~$350,000 to get 87.5%
