Gaston is up there with Frollo as one of those villains who do not need a movie about them. Not every villain needs to be the product of a broken society or have "their" side explained. Gaston just sucks.

Recovery days at the gym make me realize just how far I've come. I may not have pushed myself to a PR in a couple of months, but my one rep max is now a 5 rep set. I am now able to sustain planks for minutes rather than seconds. I'm flexible enough to no longer wince with stretching. #healthjourney

At some point, you gotta look around. Not to ask "how did I get here?" but to say "oh, I'm here!" Even if it's not the destination, it might be better than the beginning. If not, continue.
