Also, if I got one reply to every 10 - 20 tweets I send, I would accept that as a win.
Twitter for me still the main source of new resources/ideas.

I agree with you on the idea that non-famous people faces hard time here.
On twitter side, one thing I did was to unfollow all the people that I've followed here, plus removing all the people that I disagree with 😆 ... mainly to remove all the bad apples from the basket.

At least back in Syria we were on the blacklist and we had to download the apk from the gov site not from the app store.
