I made this account to post my poetry, so here's one for today.
When I dreamed of love He had no face or voice Just a white horse To carry me away From my tower I spent my days Plucking the petals Of my desire Waiting for him And when my roses No longer bloomed I got my own horse And dreamed no longer When I met love Her voice became My favorite song Her face became My favorite image We planted our Seeds together And watched them bloom She wasn't what I dreamed She was even better
