Had my first EMDR therapy session today. Haven't actually done any eye movement desensitisation yet, just talked through some of the stuff we will be focusing on and how it all works. Break next week for half term and then it's time to go to work on my brain. Hopeful stuff.

Just had a chat with school pastoral person. Apparently the lions asked intrusive and inappropriate questions about me as a recipient of their charity. Deserving and undeserving poor, sort of thing. Another reason charities can't be relied upon to meet social need. And their santa isn't dbs checked.

Little achievements. Have spoken to the doctors about a letter to support my PIP tribunal appeal thing. *pats self on back patronisingly*

Decided the chickens were settled in enough for some garden time. They're getting more and more confident. They arrived with no idea how to chicken, used to just stand around all day. Didn't understand the difference between day and night. Now they're REALLY free range.
