Rewatching IBO, heck any mecha/robot show makes me realize how much hype and screen time they diverted from Machu and Gquuux. It's such a shame that they sideline them for half assing fan service and historical fiction stuff.

I mostly use markers too and a white eraser to clean the excess. Seeing stuff like this makes me want to try more acrylics.

I do feel that there's an element of humanity of having guilt for their technological hubris that led to the Calamity war. Then it got twisted into taboo, superstition, and lost information 300 years later. I definitely can see mobile armors coming out of the tech used to completely terraform Mars
