So earlier this week, I cooked some god awful spaghetti sauce, cuz I didn’t have access to my usual ingredients, and wouldn’t you know it, the sauce tasted much better the next day. The whole maturation thing about spaghetti sauce is real and overpowered.

It was that bad.
