Consistency is key with weight management, if you exercise frequently you should eventually see a difference. Don’t trust the diet culture that says ppl should lose like 10 lbs+ in a week, it’s possible but very unhealthy and unsustainable imo.

Keep in mind that weight fluctuations happen throughout the day as you eat and drink and that muscle weights more than fat. Try weighing at the same time in the morning before eating breakfast for more accurate measurements. I think I have heard that building muscle can also change your appearance.

I think that the left has allowed conservatives to define/appropriate what it means to be a "patriot" far too much.

America has it's flaws and dark history, but idk why for most of my life the narrative has been that republicans are the ones who love America and it's principles the most.
