Adding this video to the thread.
Local news has now posted video from a neighbor's surveillance cam. It does appear like the officer may have been pushed aside slightly by the bumper as the victim turned to leave.
Again, seems clear from the video that there was no deliberate attempt to run anyone down.

This is exactly what I thought would happen. I’m also educating my neighbors and coworkers who aren’t white on what ICE can and cannot do. Have instructed them to carry papers and not open doors, even if they say they have warrants. Shove it under the door and if your name isn’t on it, they gotta go
